Organ Specification: St Mary & All Saints, Chitterne

BUILDER: Henry Willis IV-LVII (1968)

This two manual pipe organ was built by Henry Willis and Sons of Hereford and installed in Laleham Abbey Convent, Middlesex in 1968. When the convent moved to Glenfall House, Cheltenham in 1980 the organ was transferred there too. When the convent closed in 1991, the organ was no longer required. As it needed a new home, the organ was offered to Chitterne at no cost. Mr John Coulson of Bristol restored and installed the organ and made the case in 1993 and 1994.
